Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided by Digitalog ("Company") as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through the website digitalog.com.tr and the services we provide.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Responding to quote and contact requests — KVKK art. 5/2-c (establishment of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
• Providing services, creating and managing the customer panel account — KVKK art. 5/2-c.
• Sending service expiry and renewal notices — KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f.
• Issuing invoices and keeping statutory records — KVKK art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation).
• Site security and abuse prevention — KVKK art. 5/2-f.
• Analytics cookies for usage statistics — KVKK art. 5/1 (explicit consent via the cookie banner).

4. Transfer of data

Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, with domain/hosting providers, e-mail infrastructure providers, accounting and payment service providers, and with competent public authorities where legally required. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Contact form data is kept for 2 years; customer and transaction data for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship (as required by the Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Commercial Code); server and security logs for 2 years. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• To request deletion or destruction under art. 7,
• To request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties,
• To object to a result arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests to info@digitalog.com.tr with information identifying you. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

This notice may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
